Building consistency and control for an IT company’s rewards platform in 53 countries

Overview/ Problem:

The client has repeated the same channel management program, paying one single supplier per country for replicated solutions that are uncustomized.

They did not have a centralized platform to manage multiple suppliers, currencies, and sites efficiently, causing a loss of productivity and revenue.

Due to frazzled management, there were no branding efforts or corporate image consistency. 

Large organizations suffered from a lack of global control and were forced to deal with corruption and data breaches. The inequality hurt their reputation, causing them to lose their clients’ trust.
